Steep bag in hot water for 7-10 Min. Remove tea bag enjoy. You may add natural honey but NO SUGAR.
store used tea bag in a Ziplock bag. You are going to reuse this tea bag 3-4 times a day.
When using any of my herbal infusions it is recommended using them 3-4 times each. The first cup will be your best cup, as you continue to reuse the herbal infusion the 2nd you will be ingesting more of the medicine less of the taste. 3rd cup even less taste but the root of the plant medicine. 4th cup will be less of both but ensuring you have gotten all you can out of the infusion.
